Big Falls in the snowbird area Graham County, NC

Directions:  The snowbird area is at the intersection of Massey Branch RD NC 143,SR 1116 and Snowbird rd NC 143, SR 1127.  Drive north on NC 142,SR 1127 for 2.1 miles, turn left onto SR 1115 2.1 miles arrive a three-way intersection turn sharply left and continue 1 mile more.  You will cross a concrete bridge, turn right onto SR1120 drive 6.2 miles until it dead ends at the trial head.  The trail is about 50" to the left of the information board.  Head up Big snowbird trail at 1.5 miles you pass a Jeep blocking boulder at 2.5 you will see the Getaway car on the right continue across the river.  At 3.6 miles in look to your right and descend down a very steep trail about 150' to the bottom of Big Falls.
